Biography:
Maria Soroko-Dubrovina is Associate professor at the Institute of Animal Breeding, Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Poland. Fulbright Scholar, Department of Animal Science, Purdue University 2018. She gained her PhD in Agricultural Science from the University of Environmental and Life Sciences of Wroclaw. Her Master’s degree in Equine Science was completed at the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences, Aberystwyth University, Wales, United Kingdom. In 2019, she was awarded the higher degree of Habilitated Doctor by the University of Agriculture in Cracow, Poland. Since 2008 she has practised thermography extensively in equine physiotherapy and in veterinary medicine, cooperating with veterinarians, horse breeders and trainers.
